Beginning in 2022, Alliance embarked on a long-term strategic planning process, grounded in community input, that aimed to identify opportunities for growth across our network. We enacted this program in three phases.

Phase 1: Listening and Learning

We spent the 2022-2023 school year conducting focus groups, interviews, and day-long shadows, working to understand the needs of our communities from the grassroots up.

Phase 2: Planning Together
During the 2023-2024 school year, we crafted our vision and mission statements, conducted community forums, developed a new brand, and identified our multi-year priorities and strategies – all components of our new, long-term strategic vision.

Phase 3: Taking Action
This phase begins now, at the start of the 2024-2025 school year. After sharing our strategic vision at OneAllianceDay, we will use every resource at our disposal to implement the plan, taking us through the upcoming years and beyond.
