Beginning in 2022, Alliance embarked on a long-term strategic planning process, grounded in community input, that aimed to identify opportunities for growth across our network. We enacted this program in three phases.

Phase 1: Listening and Learning

We spent the 2022-2023 school year conducting focus groups, interviews, and day-long shadows, working to understand the needs of our communities from the grassroots up.

Phase 2: Planning Together
During the 2023-2024 school year, we crafted our vision and mission statements, conducted community forums, developed a new brand, and identified our 3-year priorities and strategies – all components of our new, long-term strategic vision.

Phase 3: Taking Action
This phase begins now, at the start of the 2024-2025 school year. After sharing our strategic vision at OneAllianceDay, we will use every resource at our disposal to implement the plan, taking us through the next three years and beyond.
