Since 2022, our Long-Term Strategic Planning Team has been dedicated to listening, learning, and understanding how best to serve our communities. In partnership with Alliance stakeholders throughout our Planning Process, we engaged with subject experts, discussed, deliberated, and defined our network priorities for the next 3 years.
